Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxe Sparkle, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange your item, you may do so under the same conditions as returns.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
